After saving 21 lives in 36 years Arbroath RNLI stalwart Ron ‘retires’ – but in name only

Arbroath’s RNLI lifeboat crew marked a major achievement for one of their own when Ron Churchill Snr was presented with a certificate of service following his retirement.
