‘She had a heart of gold and would help anybody out’: Memorial plaque suggestion deemed a fitting tribute for much-loved Arbroath woman Isabel

The sister of a much-loved Arbroath woman who died in March has said she would have "loved" the plans for a plaque to be erected in her honour.
