A lorry driver who was killed in a crash in Aberdeenshire this morning has been named as an Arbroath man.
Harold Waterworth died after his lorry came off the road at around 8.20am on an unclassified road to Catterline, near to Stonehaven.
The 72-year-old was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary where he tragically passed away.
The road was closed while emergency services dealt with the incident.
