Rare signed Beatles memorabilia is just one of a thousand items set to go up for auction in Tayside this weekend.
The scarce goods will go under the hammer at a public auction and it is thought the items could raise tens of thousands of pounds.
The event takes place at the Carnoustie Golf Hotel on Sunday.
Paul Young, of DFC Auctioneers, will be conducting the auction.
He gave the Tele a preview of a few of the pieces which will be going on sale, with the collection including the Beatles memorabilia and an item signed by football legend Pele.
Paul said: “We have a signed Beatles presentation.
“It is signed by all four of The Beatles including John Lennon.
“There aren’t many of them going around now — most of them have already been snapped up by people and added to their collections.
“It is very much representative of what is on offer — a lot of the goods in the auction are from the 60s.
“We have a lot of artwork going under the hammer too.
“We have things like a limited edition Pablo Picasso print.
“There is a signed Pele presentation on sale too.

“With our auctions, there is a lot of limited edition memorabilia and it is a great chance to buy it well below its value — it will usually be well below what you could expect to pay for the same items elsewhere.
“It is an investment, especially with things like the Beatles and Pele signed goods because they will be getting them at a discount and they will gain value.”
Paul says the auction is open to all members of the public and there is no entry fee charged.
He added: “Especially with the artwork, people can buy it for half price sometimes.
“It is a great chance for people to get collectible items.
“In my experience, the value of items like these rarely goes down so it is a good investment.
“The items are really high-quality and the presentation is really good.”
Other lots set to go under the hammer include jewellery, furniture and special edition bottles of alcohol.
The auction begins at 1pm.
There is also a one hour viewing opportunity from noon.
