Commuters were held up this morning after a vehicle overturned on the A90.
The accident happened near Stracathro, north of Brechin, just before 7am.
One lane of the busy southbound carriageway was blocked while the vehicle was removed from the road.
Traffic was disrupted between the B974 and the B966.
A Police Scotland spokesman said today: “It is understood there was only one vehicle involved in the incident.
“Police were in attendance and inquiries are ongoing to establish how the vehicle ended up on its roof.”
The vehicle was removed from the road around 7.30am.
No one is believed to have been hurt in the incident.
