The Angus Toy Appeal has made its annual plea for gifts to help the less well off.
Churches, businesses, schools, health centres and dental practices are all supporting the efforts of volunteers who ensure children in need in Angus receive a gift on December 25.
The appeal committee sends out referral forms to organisations and charities, social workers and schools, health visitors and foodbanks.
Those groups refer families they understand to be struggling to the appeal.
Last year, 450 children received a gift.
